Day 78 -Walking, Wii Fit, and Grillin

Felt like a slow day until we decided and somehow convinced ourselves to go out. I like shopping, even window shopping, Frank...not so much. But somehow we convinced ourselves to go to the art store. My hidden agenda was to find bubbles, hopefully where I found sidewalk chalk, but we couldn't find any bubbles there. Then somehow Frank convinced us to go to the hardware store to buy grill supplies. For 18 euros you could get a complete [but crappy] grill set, with two layers for hotdogs and toasty buns! Cute, portable, but NOoooo, Frank wants just the grill face, cause he already collected a tone of bricks. So he bought his supplies and in the hottest moment of the day, went to grillin'. We started the charcoal pretty well for our first attempt. I like to think it was due to my advice and some google research.
After a great chicken shish-kabob we tricked ourselves in buying Mario Kart and Wii Fit. Our point was...We're gonna buy it anyway, we should buy it sooner so we can enjoy it longer! And then we promised ourselves to go job searching together. We haven't done that yet.
So we went out to the center of town, tried all the big stores, again nothing, just like when we originally bought our wii and 2nd remote. No Mario Kart, No Wii Fit. But we found the only wii fit at a small store, hidden.
We played Wii Fit and watched Indiana Jones, Temple of Doom...GREAT MOVIE. Frank's rated as obese in wii fit. I'm ideal, but closer to over weight. So hopefully we'll get a little bit more fit and lose weight. I think Frank believes in it more then I do, but he does like it for the games. I'm a little skeptical on how much weight a person can lose, but we've been exercising for a week straight with wii sports, and now we're kicking it up a notch with Wii Fit. And I think our diet isn't too bad. We'll definitely keep you posted on all this.
Funny side to buying a wii. It was hot today, standing and walking in the sun and grilling was not that much fun. But Ice cream sounded really good. I suggested it, but I could of went either way getting it or not, deep down I REALLY WANTED IT, but would be fine if passed up. Frank was so set on getting a McFlurry, but then he realized, he's caring a wii fit. If we walk into that McDonnalds we'd be VERY HYPOCRITICAL. That right there convinced Frank to pass up on sugar. We went home and played Wii Fit!
Fun side story, the previous night or so we went on a walk to the closest park. After watching the sun set forever [cause the sun takes a long time to disappear, the sky stays orange-ie-rainbow forever] we walked home and came across a lot of trash art! Ugly prints, but GREAT PAPER! We took it all home in hopes I can make a cool book out of it. And in the slideshow of pictures you'll see what look likes the Hulk's arm cut off. We found it crappily pasted on a window at a car dealer ship.. We took that home and it's hanging up in our kitchen. I like it a lot. I think it's really cool to have original work from street art. Also on some of our walks we pass by more art work from the same guy, we want to tear it down but the moment hasn't felt just right.
